Good, I bought this primarily for holding MK5 grenades and it does that quite nicely. They do wobble about a bit with just one. The fit for the medium band is tight on a bicep. It's not too bad though I'd rather it be tight. To secure the grenades further I put the ends into the arm pocket which then stopped them moving about.
